Tuna Cakes

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat large non stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
  4. Use ice cream scoop to add 1/3 cup portions of tuna mixture to skillet.
  5. Flatten in to patties with spatula.
  6. Cook until golden brown about 3 minutes to each side.
  7. Drizzle prepared Holidaise sauce over cakes.
