Family Breakfast Scramble

  1. Place sausages in a medium sauce pot.
  2. Cover with orange juice and maple syrup.
  3. Add bay leaf.
  4. Poach at 170 until sausages reach 155.
  5. Pat sausages dry.
  6. Slice into bite size pieces.
  7. Set aside.
  8. While sausages are cooking, sweat veggies in a large saute pan.
  9. Add garlic a minute before veggies are tender.
  10. Add sausages to pan to reheat.
  11. Toss with cheeses.
  12. Serve.
