Holiday Reindeer Treats (Gluten-Free Recipe)

  1. Generously butter 15x10x1-inch baking pan; set aside.
  2. Place 1/2 cup butter and chocolate in 6-quart saucepan; cook over low heat 3-4 minutes until melted.
  3. Add marshmallows; continue cooking 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add cereal; stir until well coated.
  6. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan.
  7. Cool 15 minutes.
  8. Remove mixture from pan; cut using 3-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter.
  9. For each reindeer, use icing to secure 2 pretzel pieces onto top of heart to form antlers, 2 chocolate pieces for eyes and 1 gumdrop for nose.
  10. Insert lollipop stick into each reindeer, if desired.
