Six O'clock Swirls With Stuffed Oranges Recipe

  1. Combine ham, egg, cloves and pineapple.
  2. Pt out into a rectangle 1/2 inch thick on waxed paper.
  3. Spread potatoes proportionately over meat and roll up.
  4. Cut into 1 inch slices, place peas and corn in bottom of broiler pan.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and veg.
  6. oil.
  7. Broil 5 inches from broiler unit for 10 min.
  8. Cut oranges in half and scoop out pulp.
  9. Mix pulp with cherries and fill orange shells.
  10. Dribble some honey over each half.
  11. Turn meat and place oranges on rack.
  12. Continue broiling 8 to 10 min.
  13. Serves 8.
