Barbequed cheese stuffed peppers.
- 1 smallish sweet peppers such as pimento
- 1 parma ham
- 1 soft cheese
- 1 hard cheese
- Cut off top of pepper and scoop out seeds.
- Use 2 cheeses of your choice, I used a Bavarian smoked cheese, carefully sliced to give a large piece I could roll, and stuffed this with a soft cheese, I used a garlic and herb French roule cheese.
- Then wrap the parma ham around the cheese.
- Take the ham and cheese roll and stuff it into the pepper.
- Replace the lid and grill it on the BBQ.
