Barbequed cheese stuffed peppers.

  1. Cut off top of pepper and scoop out seeds.
  2. Use 2 cheeses of your choice, I used a Bavarian smoked cheese, carefully sliced to give a large piece I could roll, and stuffed this with a soft cheese, I used a garlic and herb French roule cheese.
  3. Then wrap the parma ham around the cheese.
  4. Take the ham and cheese roll and stuff it into the pepper.
  5. Replace the lid and grill it on the BBQ.
