OREO* Ice-cream Puddings with Chocolate Sauce

  1. Combine craisons, prunes, apricots and marsala in a bowl, cover and leave overnight.
  2. Mix together the macerated fruit, OREO* cookies and ice-cream in a large bowl until combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into 10 base lined dariole moulds.
  4. Place in the freezer for 2 hours or until set.
  5. Combine chocolate, cream and marsala in a saucepan over a low heat until melted and smooth.
  6. Cool slightly before serving with OREO* ice-cream puddings.
