Creamy Chocolate Two-Tone Dessert - Simple Creamy and Chocolate Dessert

  1. Prepare pudding and set aside.
  2. Combine flour and butter and press into bottom of square pan.
  3. Sprinkle nuts over flour mixture and press into dough.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for about 10 minutes.
  5. In a seperate bowl combine powdered sugar, cool whip and cream cheese; mix well.
  6. Spread over cooled dough and then spread pudding over cream cheese mixture.
  7. Chill and cut into squares to serve.
