LG PAN FRY MUSHROOM IN JAPANESE SAKE

  1. wash and soak in warm waterdried shiitake mushroom for 10 minute or longer till double up the size then drain and slice in strip
  2. in pan with butter then add mushroom and garlic sautee till fragrant in low heat till almost dry
  3. add stock and soy sauce sautee till almost dry
  4. add japanese sake and mix well then off heat and serve hot
