Colonial Cheddar Soup

  1. Cook and stir vegetables in butter in large saucepan on medium-high heat 5 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Blend in flour and seasonings; cook and stir 2 min.
  4. or until hot and bubbly.
  5. Gradually add milk; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  6. Add cheese; cook and stir on low heat until melted.
