Fresh Veggie Pasta Salad
- 4 cups fibre-enriched farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
- 1 carrot, cut lengthwise into quarters, then cut crosswise into thin slices Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed, sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Romano Shredded Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
