Molded Fruit And Ginger Salad Recipe

  1. Drain pineapple chunks, reserving 2/3 c. syrup.
  2. Pour 2 1/3 c. boiling water over gelatin in large bowl, stirring to dissolve gelatin.
  3. Add in reserved pineapple syrup.
  4. Chill till the consistency of unbeaten egg white, about 1 hour.
  5. Mix in fruit and ginger.
  6. Turn into a 4 1/2 c. mold.
  7. Chill till hard, 2-3 hrs.
  8. Makes 4-6 servings.
