Roll-Ups
- 1 Fat-free flour tortillas
- Armenian flat bread
- 2 slices Fat-free luncheon slices (veggie ones available at health food stores)
- 1/2 oz. Fat-free cream cheese and/or fat-free mayo and/or mustard
- 1/2 oz. Lettuce and/or sprouts
- 2 slices Tomato slices
- 2 slices Pickled
- fresh pepper slices
- Spread a dressing on each tortilla; top with your favorite toppings, but not too thick or it won't roll.
- Roll up; wrap and take to lunch.
