Boysenberry Sorbet Recipe

  1. Mix water, sugar and lemon juice into a pan.
  2. Simmer on low for about 15 min.
  3. Remove from heat and add in the Boysenberries.
  4. Let stand 15 min.
  5. Strain.
  6. Pour into a shallow dish so which juice is no deeper than 1 inch.
  7. Freeze thoroughly.
  8. To serve, scoop with ice cream scoop or possibly melon scoop.
  9. This recipe yields eight 1/2-c. servings.
