Arroz con chuletas
- 1 lb boneless pork chops
- 1 box zaterans spanish rice
- 15 oz canned tomatoes undrained
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 sazon
- 1 dash adobo
- 1 dash Italian seasonings
- 1 butter
- 1 can tomato sauce (optional)
- In a Med saucepan cook Zaterans Spanish Rice Follow directions on the box
- In frying pan add oil and pork chops.
- dash on the seasonings and fry till crisp or to your liking.
- When Chops and Rice is done place into glass baking pan.
- Mix together.
- If you feel like the mixture is too dry add a little tomato sauce.
- Bake in the oven at 425 For 10-25 mins.
