Barbeque Chicken Ravioli

  1. Cook and drain the spinach according to package directions.
  2. Boil a large pot of water.
  3. While the water is boiling, Combine chicken, spinach, BBQ sauce and ricotta cheese into a food processor.
  4. Pulse into a paste mixture.
  5. Take a wonton wrapper and place a tablespoon of the mixture in the middle.
  6. Lightly brush water around the edges of the wrapper and seal by placing another wonton on top.
  7. Press around the edges with your fingers.
  8. Repeat with your remaining wontons.
  9. Delicately place your stuffed raviolis into your boiling water.
  10. Be careful not to overcrowd them.
  11. The raviolis take about 3 minutes to cook.
  12. Once they are done theyll rise to the top and become translucent.
  13. Drain.
  14. Sprinkle some fresh parmesan on top and enjoy!
