Barbeque Chicken Ravioli
- 2 cups Rotissere Chicken, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Frozen Spinach
- 1/2 cups Honey BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 package Wonton Wrappers (12 Ounce Package)
- 1/2 cups Shredded Parmesan
- Cook and drain the spinach according to package directions.
- Boil a large pot of water.
- While the water is boiling, Combine chicken, spinach, BBQ sauce and ricotta cheese into a food processor.
- Pulse into a paste mixture.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place a tablespoon of the mixture in the middle.
- Lightly brush water around the edges of the wrapper and seal by placing another wonton on top.
- Press around the edges with your fingers.
- Repeat with your remaining wontons.
- Delicately place your stuffed raviolis into your boiling water.
- Be careful not to overcrowd them.
- The raviolis take about 3 minutes to cook.
- Once they are done theyll rise to the top and become translucent.
- Drain.
- Sprinkle some fresh parmesan on top and enjoy!
