Easy Chocolate Ribbon Loaf Recipe
- 1 pkg. chocolate pudding
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 24 graham wafers (honey)
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped stiff
- Prepare chocolate pudding to directions on package using 2 c. of lowfat milk.
- Cold.
- Spread pudding on 23 honey graham wafers and combine in stacks of 4 or possibly 5.
- Then lay stacks on edge on a long platter.
- Make one long roll with wafers and pudding alternating.
- Leave one last wafer plain.
- Spread remaining pudding on top of loaf, frost sides and ends with whipped cream.
- Refrigeratein refrigerator about 3 hrs.
- To serve slice diagonally, at a 45 degree angle.
