Veal Kabob Recipe

• 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. veal cubes
• Pepper wedges
• Cherry tomatoes
• Onion wedges
• Mushroom caps
• Fresh loaf bread cubes, soft

1. Marinade veal overnight.
2. Thread skewers with veal and vegetables.
3. If bread cubes included, place by veal.
4. Barbecue and enjoy!
