Pork Chops with Apples & Onions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add chops; cook 3 to 4 min.
  3. on each side or until done (160F).
  4. Transfer chops to plate, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chops to keep warm.
  5. Add apples, onions, thyme and dressing to drippings; cook and stir 1 min.
  6. Cover; cook 4 min., stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in wine.
  8. Return chops to skillet; cook 1 min.
  9. or until sauce is thickened.
  10. Serve chops topped with sauce.
