Every Day Vegan Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line 9 inch pan with parchment or non-stick foil.
  3. mix 1/2 c of the flour and the water.
  4. Whisk over medium heat until thick and glue-like.
  5. Cool.
  6. Mix together sugars, salt, cocoa, and baking powder.
  7. Add oil and vanilla and stir.
  8. Add water and flour mixture, stir to combine, and incorporate remaining 1 1/2C flour.
  9. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
  10. Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes.
