Rumaki Chicken livers with Bacon

  1. Clean livers and remove any fat fibers.
  2. Cut bacon in half.
  3. Wrap one water chestnut piece and one chicken liver piece inside one length of bacon.
  4. Secure with toothpick.
  5. Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken livers.
  6. Cover and place in refrigerator for one hour.
  7. Broil for approx 10 mins, turning at 5 mins, until livers are cooked through.
