Rumaki Chicken livers with Bacon
- 1 package Chicken Livers
- 1 package Thick Sliced Bacon
- 1 can Water Chestnuts
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Root, Minced Fine
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced Fine
- 1 Tablespoon Sherry
- 1 box Toothpicks
- Clean livers and remove any fat fibers.
- Cut bacon in half.
- Wrap one water chestnut piece and one chicken liver piece inside one length of bacon.
- Secure with toothpick.
- Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken livers.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for one hour.
- Broil for approx 10 mins, turning at 5 mins, until livers are cooked through.
