Honey & Spice

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon honey mixed with 1 tablespoon warm water
• 1/2 ounce Allspice Syrup
• 2 thin grapefruit twists, for garnish

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well.
3. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass and garnish with the grapefruit twists.
