Easy Chocolate Lover's Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips; pour batter into graham cracker crust.
  5. Bake 10 minutes; without opening oven door, reduce temperature to 250 degrees.
  6. Continue baking 20-25 minutes or just until set.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Cover; refrigerate several hours.
  9. Spread chocolate topping over the top of the cheesecake, refrigerate several minutes or until just set.
  10. Chocolate topping:.
  11. Place ingredients in a microwave safe dish; melt and stir.
  12. Then spread on cheesecake.
  13. After spreading chocolate topping over the top of the cheesecake, refrigerate several minutes or until just set.
  14. Cut into wedges; serve cold.
