  1. Add boiling water to jelly powder; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Refrigerate 45 min.
  4. or until slightly thickened.
  5. Meanwhile, heat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix graham crumbs and butter; press about 3 Tbsp.
  6. onto bottom of each of 8 (125-mL) ovenproof jars.
  7. Place on rimmed baking sheet; bake 6 min.
  8. Cool.
  9. Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until blended.
  10. Gradually beat in half-and-half; stir in jelly.
  11. Spoon into jars; top with strawberries.
