Black Olive And Pecan Cream Sauce Recipe

  1. In a frying pan, heat the butter over a medium heat.
  2. Cook the shallots, garlic and thyme till soft and just beginning to caramelize, about 10 min.
  3. Add in the olives, pecan nuts and cream and simmer over a low heat.
  4. Season to taste.
