Black Olive And Pecan Cream Sauce Recipe
- 2 x shallot, minced
- 1 x garlic, clove, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 12 x pecan, halved
- 1 c. pitted olives salt pepper
- 1/2 c. table cream
- In a frying pan, heat the butter over a medium heat.
- Cook the shallots, garlic and thyme till soft and just beginning to caramelize, about 10 min.
- Add in the olives, pecan nuts and cream and simmer over a low heat.
- Season to taste.
