Pepperoni Garlic Baguette Pizza
- 1 loaf Baguette bread
- 12 slice Pepperoni
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (or more)
- 4 tbsp Pizza or spaghetti sauce
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Garlic butter (recipe attached below)
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Split loaf baguette bread in half (long ways).
- Spread 1 tablespoon of garlic butter on each half.
- When the oven is to temperature toast bread in oven for 5 minutes.
- While the bread is toasting place pepperoni on a paper towel on a plate.
- Cover with paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds.
- When the bread has toasted remove from oven and spread with pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle on the dried oregano and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the pepperoni slices.
- Add cheese, you can use more than 1/2 cup if you like.
- Cook in oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 or 3 minutes before serving.
