Ham and Noodle Bake
- 5 2/3 cup uncooked egg noodles
- 2 cup cubed cooked ham
- 2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 can 10.75 ounce cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 pepper to taste
- 1 can French fried onions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Boil noodles as directed.
- While noodles are boiling, in a large saucepan combine the ham, cheese, soup, sour cream, chilies, cream and pepper.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
- Drain noodles and transfer to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Pour cheese mixture over noodles and mix well.
- Sprinkle french fried onions evenly over the top and bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
