Easy! Kabocha Squash Tart Cake Shop Style
- 1/4 Kabocha squash (boiled and mashed)
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 50 grams Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 120 grams White flour
- 30 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 60 grams Butter
- Mix all the ingredients marked together and the tart dough is done!
- Grease the cake pan with butter and then add the dough.
- Mix all the other ingredients together and pour into the pan!
- Bake for 40 minutes in a 320F/160C oven and it's done.
- Remove from the pan when it has cooled.
