Ginger Banana Party Cake

  1. Beat together mashed banana and butter until creamy.
  2. Add eggs and water.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients.
  5. Beat until smooth.
  6. Add nuts.
  7. Spoon batter evenly into oiled and floured bundt pan.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
  9. Cool on wire rack 5 minutes, remove from pan, replace on rack and cool.
  10. Banana & Mock-Choc Frosting:.
  11. Blend the rest of the ingredients thoroughly and spread on cooled cake.
  12. Sprinkle with well-chopped pecans and raisins.
