Margarita Pie

  1. Beat ice cream, limeade concentrate and food coloring with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Spread into crust.
  3. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  4. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature before cutting into slices to serve.
  5. Store leftover pie in freezer.
