Anniversary Chicken
- 1 Boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 Teriyaki sauce
- 1 Ranch dressing
- 1 Real bacon bits
- 1 Shredded colby-jack cheese
- 1 Scallions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- I use a package of boneless skinless chicken breast, but use however many you want to.
- *If they are thick make sure to cut them in half so they'll cook faster.
- In a baking dish pour some teriyaki sauce and place chicken in.
- Pour a little more sauce over chicken and keep turning/moving the chicken around to completely coat with teriyaki.
- Next, pour ranch dressing over chicken in a zigzag motion.
- Don't completely soak it but make sure every bite gets some for flavor.
- Sprinkle bacon bits over chicken.
- Add the shredded cheese.
- If you don't want to use colby-jack you can use whatever kind you want.
- Lastly add scallions if desired.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes at 400F or until chicken is done.
- Enjoy!
