Blackened Fish Sandwiches Recipe

  1. Directions: Rinse the fish thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Sprinkle the filets with the cajun seasoning and rub onto both sides of fish.
  3. In a large saute/fry pan, heat the vegetable oil till very warm.
  4. Saute/fry the fish filets till golden on both sides, flipping carefully.
  5. Add in the soy sauce and lemon juice and cook for 2 min more.
  6. To assemble the sandwich, spread each bun with thousand island dressing.
  7. Shred the lettuce and place on one side of the bun.
  8. Place a slice of tomato on top and finish with the blackened fish.
