Lemon-Parmesan Fish and Asparagus
- 2 cod fillets (1/2 lb./225 g)
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1 Tbsp. each zest strips and juice from 1 lemon, divided
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped roasted almonds
- Heat broiler.
- Place fish and asparagus on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 3 min.
- Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and 2 tsp.
- lemon juice.
- Spread fish with Miracle Whip mixture; top with cheese.
- Broil 2 to 4 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork and cheese is golden brown.
- Transfer fish to platter; cover to keep warm.
- Broil asparagus additional 4 to 6 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Transfer asparagus to platter with fish.
- Drizzle fish with remaining lemon juice; top with lemon zest and nuts.
