Sambal

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the dressing ingredients, except the oil.
  2. Process on high speed.
  3. With the motor running, add the oil in a steady stream.
  4. Adjust the seasoning, to taste.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  6. Toss with the dressing, to taste, and serve immediately.
