Cheddar Cheese Loaf
- 3 34 cups reduced fat baking mix
- 34 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 12 cups skim milk
- 14 cup egg substitute
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine baking mix cheese.
- Add skim milk, egg substitute and cayenne pepper, stirring for 2 minutes or until blended.
- Spoon into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, coated with cooking spray.
- Bake 45 minute.
