Chicken Cordon Bleu

  1. Tenderize the chicken breast until it is 3 /4 inch thick
  2. Season to taste
  3. Add Swiss cheese and turkey ham roll together use toothpicks or cooking string to hold close
  4. Apply mayonnaise to the top, then a breadcrumbs
  5. Cook on 375 for half an hour
