Artichoke-Topped Potato Appetizers

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Cool slightly.
  4. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
  5. Heat oven to 375F.
  6. Cut potatoes crosswise in half, then cut thin slice off rounded bottom of each.
  7. Place, bottom sides down, on parchment-covered baking sheet; top with artichoke mixture.
  8. Bake 20 min.
  9. or until heated through.
