Poppy Seed Sour Cream Muffins Recipe
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 4 c. flour
- 4 Large eggs
- 3/4 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add in poppy seeds, salt, baking pwdr, and flour.
- Add in Large eggs, one at a time, mixing after each.
- Add in lowfat sour cream and vanilla.
- Grease tins or possibly use muffin paper liners.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
