Bread And Celery Stuffing Recipe

  1. Cook onion and celery in fat till golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  2. Toss seasonings with bread cubes.
  3. Add in onions, celery and fat.
  4. Toss.
  5. Add in stock to moisten, stirring lightly.
  6. Add in more seasoning as desired.
  7. This amount stuffs a 5 lb.
  8. bird.
  9. I usually double this recipe.
  10. Shape into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
