Easy Pie Crust
- 150 grams Plain white flour
- 75 grams Butter
- 2 tbsp Water
- Add the flour and butter into a bowl.
- Keep mashing with your fingertips.
- Keep doing it (for about 3 minutes) until there are no more butter lumps, so that it becomes grainy.
- Gradually add the water until it's about the same softness as your earlobes.
- Mash it again with your fingertips instead of kneading.
- When it starts to come together, form into a ball without kneading, and cover with plastic wrap.
- Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let it rest, and you're done!
