Blueberry-Spinach Smoothie
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup plain soymilk
- 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup firm tofu cubes
- 2 Tbs. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 2 tsp. agave nectar (optional)
- 18 tsp. ground allspice (optional)
- Puree spinach leaves with soymilk in blender.
- Add blueberries, tofu, Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts, agave nectar (if using), and allspice (if using); blend until smooth.
