Easy Tofu Soup
- 100 ml Water
- 400 ml Soy milk
- 2 Soup stock cube
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg (optional)
- Heat the water in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the soup stock cubes.
- Once the soup stock cubes have dissolved, add the tofu, pepper, and nutmeg (optional).
- Adjust the seasonings to taste and it's done.
- Garnish your soup with some parsley and croutons.
