Pineapple And Ice Cream Cooler Recipe

• 2 c. pineapple juice, chilled
• 1/2 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk pwdr
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened

1. Blend juice and lowfat milk pwdr.
2. Add in vanilla and ice cream and beat till smooth and frothy.
3. Pour into 6 chilled tall glasses and serve with straws.
