Acorn Squash With Pecan Butter Recipe

  1. In a small bowl combine the butter, pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well with a fork.
  3. Acorn Squash:Cut squash in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove seeds.
  5. Brush the flesh with extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Grill the squash flesh side down till grill marks show.
  8. Turn the squash up and fill with the pecan butter.
  9. Grill for 20-30 min unit flesh is tender.
