Mini Key Lime Tarts for Easter
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Cheesecake Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/4 cups cold milk
- 1/4 cup bottled key lime juice
- 4 drops green food coloring
- 6 mini graham cracker pie crusts
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 24 jelly beans
- In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, key lime juice and 1 drop of green food coloring.
- Divide pudding mixture between crusts.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Stir together coconut and remaining 3 drops of green food coloring.
- Place a small amount of tinted coconut in the middle of each mini tart.
- Top with 4 jelly beans.
- Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
