Sausage Cheese Brunch Casserole Recipe

• 1 pound bulk sausage, cooked & liquid removed
• 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
• 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
• 2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 c. biscuit mix

1. Spread sausage in 9"x13" dish.
2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage.
3. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 min till slightly set and golden.
4. Cut in squares to serve.
5. Serves 8 to 10.
