Whole Wheat Pumpkin Bread

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pudding mixes, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the eggs, oil and pumpkin.
  3. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  4. Pour into two greased 8-in.
  5. x 4-in.
  6. loaf pans.
  7. Bake at 325 for 70-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
  9. Yield: 2 loaves (8 slices each).
