Cranberry Kale Salad with Honey Lemon Vinaigrette

  1. Mix all ingredients for vinagrette.
  2. Massage into the kale well for a minute or two.
  3. Let set for about 5 minutes while dicing other ingredients.
  4. Add remaining salad ingredients and toss well.
  5. Store whatever is not eaten in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
