Angel Scallops

  1. Cook pasta as directed.
  2. Roll scallops in clean towel to remove moisture.
  3. Saute garlic, onion, anchovy paste and thyme in butter and oil.
  4. Add wine and reduce by half.
  5. Add parsley and scallops.
  6. Cook until scallops are done.
  7. Approximately 3 minutes.
  8. Add cheese.
  9. Toss pasta into sauce.
  10. Enjoy!
