Croustade with Grey Poupon Rouge Tapenade
- 3 qt. mixed pitted Greek olives
- 1-1/3 cups GREY POUPON Rouge Dijon Mustard
- 2 loaves French bread loaves (18-inch), cut on the bias into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4-1/2 tsp. salt
- 4-1/2 tsp. black pepper
- Pulse olives and mustard in food processor until coarsely chopped.
- Set aside.
- Brush bread slices with oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in 300 degrees F standard oven 15 to 20 min.
- or until lightly toasted and crisp.
- Cool.
- Top each bread slice with 1 oz.
- tapenade.
- Serve 3 slices per serving.
