Frankly Easy Stew
- 8 ounces healthy choice 97% frankfurters, diced
- 34 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup Hunts tomato sauce (8oz can)
- 2 cups cut carrots, rinsed and drained (16oz can)
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 12 cups diced cooked potatoes (8oz)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- In large skillet sprayed with butter flavored spray, saute frankfurters, onion and celery 8-10 minutes or lightly browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, carrots, peas, potatoes and parsley flakes.
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
